Product Introduction

RNAStoolKit is specially designed for extracting genomic RNA from stool and is suitable for solid or liquid stool samples from different sources. This product adopts new ion membrane technology and repeatedly optimized the formula of lysis buffer and eluent. The extracted RNA has higher purity and effectively removes protein, pigment, lipid, and impurity contamination. It can be directly used in Northern hybridization, RT-PCR, RealTimeRT-PCR, cDNA library construction, in vitro translation and other conventional molecular biology experiments.

Product Features

1. The operation is simple and fast. After feces pretreatment, the operation can be completed within 15 minutes;

2 .The extracted RNA has high purity, no inhibitors, and the A260/A280 is 1.8-2.0;

3. The yield is high, and more RNA can be extracted with the same sample amount.
