Storage: Store in dry and temperate condition (15℃-25℃), re-test period for 12 months. Storage at 2℃-8℃for longer. RNase A and Proteinase K will be shipped as accessories, please store at -20℃ after receiving them.

This kit uses a centrifugal adsorption column that can specifically bind DNA and a unique buffer system to extract genomic DNA from tissues and cells. The silicon matrix material used in the centrifugal adsorption column is a unique new material of our company, which can efficiently and specifically adsorb DNA, and can remove impurity proteins and other organic compounds in cells to the maximum extent. The extracted genomic DNA fragments are large, highly pure, and of stable and reliable quality. Genomic DNA extracted using this kit can be used for various routine operations, including enzyme digestion, PCR, library construction, Southern hybridization and other experiments.
