Existence of endoplasmic reticulum In various eukaryotic cells except mammalian mature red blood cells. The endoplasmic reticulum is a system of interconnected lamellar gaps or tubules composed of biological membranes. The gap-like spaces between the membranes are called pools, and are usually not directly connected to the extracellular space and the cytoplasmic matrix. This intracellular membranous duct system not only constitutes a pathway for intracellular material transport, but also provides a broad reaction area for various intracellular enzyme reactions. The function of the endoplasmic reticulum is related to protein synthesis, carbohydrate and lipid synthesis, detoxification, and assimilation, and it also has the function of transporting proteins.

The endoplasmic reticulum protein extraction kit can be used to extract endoplasmic reticulum proteins from various animal cells and solid soft and hard tissue samples.
