The filamentous fungus nuclear protein extraction kit is a fast and efficient high-yield nuclear protein extraction kit. Fungal nuclear protein extraction kit provides a complete set of reagents suitable for extracting nuclear proteins from various filamentous fungi. The optimized lysate formula can fully release various septate and non-septate hyphae proteins as well as various mycelial metamorphosis nuclear proteins. The extraction process is simple and convenient and can be completed within 1 hour. This kit cannot be used to extract yeast nuclear proteins. If you need to extract yeast nuclear proteins, please use kits with other product numbers. This kit contains a unique formula that can effectively dissolve filamentous fungal core components. The protease inhibitor mixture contained in this kit prevents protein degradation by proteases and ensures the extraction of high-purity proteins. The proteins extracted by this kit can be used for protein interaction studies such as Pull-Down and IP, and can also be used for downstream protein research experiments such as WB, protein electrophoresis, ELISA, transcription activity analysis, Gelshift gel retardation experiments, and enzyme activity determination. The proteins extracted by this kit are active proteins with natural protein conformation. This kit does not contain EDTA and is compatible with downstream applications such as metal chelation and chromatography.
