Yeast protein extraction kit is suitable for efficient and gentle extraction of total soluble protein from various yeast samples. The extraction process is simple and convenient, avoiding the damage to yeast cells caused by grinding, ultrasonic or pressing methods with poor repeatability, and avoiding the damage to the target protein caused by oxidation and increased heat caused by intense mechanical processing. All components of this kit do not contain detergent components, and the components of the final protein sample have no detergent impact on downstream applications such as NI column purification, molecular sieves, ion exchange, and affinity purification. The unique formula contained in this kit can effectively dissolve membrane components, including cytoplasmic membrane, nuclear membrane and various organelle membranes. The protease inhibitor mixture contained in this kit prevents protein degradation by proteases and ensures the extraction of high-purity proteins. The protein extracted by this kit can be used for downstream protein research experiments such as Western Blotting, protein electrophoresis, immunoprecipitation, ELISA, transcription activity analysis, Gelshift gel retardation experiment, enzyme activity determination, etc. The proteins extracted by this kit are active proteins with natural protein conformation.
