The Fungal Nuclear Protein Extraction Kit is a fast and efficient high-yield nuclear protein extraction kit. The fungal nuclear protein extraction kit provides a complete set of reagents that can extract nuclear proteins from various large fungi (mushrooms) and small fungi (molds). It can be used for the crude preparation of purified proteins and the preparation of nuclear proteins. The extraction process is simple and convenient. The protein extraction components of this kit do not contain detergent components that cannot be removed by dialysis, and do not contain SDS, TritonX-100, chaps and other components that may affect the mass spectrometry experiment. The final protein sample is dialyzed or desalted. It will not contain the effects of detergents, high-concentration salts, etc., and can basically meet any downstream proteomics-related experimental research. The protease inhibitor mixture of this product does not contain AEBSF, which can avoid mass spectrum peak drift caused by AEBSF. Therefore, protein samples extracted with this product can be used for mass spectrometry (MS) detection and analysis, proteomics, etc. Related research. This kit cannot be used to extract yeast nuclear proteins. If you need to extract yeast nuclear proteins, please use kits with other product numbers. The protease inhibitor mixture contained in this kit prevents protein degradation by proteases and ensures the extraction of high-purity proteins. The proteins extracted by this kit are active proteins with natural protein conformation.
