Product Introduction
This series of products is designed for the identification of animal-derived ingredients based on the sequence differences in the cytochrome oxidase subunit b (cytb) gene of mitochondrial DNA among species. The PCR mix for species origin detection has pre-mixed reagents such as primers, probes, and dNTPs. When conducting experiments, simply mix the PCR mix with Taq enzyme in the appropriate ratio and add the DNA template to perform fluorescent PCR detection. This product is suitable for the identification of animal-derived ingredients in samples such as food, cosmetics, and feed.
