Measurement Significance:Glycolic oxidase (EC1.1.3.15) is a key enzyme in plant light breathing metabolism, and is also a key enzyme that is a synthetic oxalic acid.It catalyzes glycolic acid oxidation to produce acetalic acid, which is of great significance to the study of photoreceptibility process and its regulation. Measurement Principle: Glycolic oxidase catalytic ethanol oxidation to form acetal acid, acetical and hydrochloride hydrochloride reaction to form acetal acid benzene, a characteristic absorption peak at 324 nm.
Sheets: Balance, low temperature centrifuge, ultraviolet lightometer, 1 ml quartz biopsy.
