NR(EC 1.7.1.3)广泛存在于植物中,是植物硝态氮转化为氨态氮的关键酶,也是诱导酶,对作物的产量和品质有影响。NR催化硝酸盐还原为亚硝酸盐,NO3ˉ +NADH+H+→NO2ˉ+NAD++H2O。在酸性条件下,产生的NO2ˉ能够参与重氮化反应生成紫红色化合物,这种紫红色化合物在540 nm处有吸收峰,540 nm下吸光值的变化即可表示酶活。
NR (EC 1.7.1.3) widely exists in plants, and is the key enzyme and inducing enzyme for converting nitrate nitrogen to ammonia nitrogen, which has an impact on crop yield and quality. Nitrate could be reduced to nitrite catalyzed by NR, with NO3ˉ +NADH+H+→NO2ˉ+NAD++H2O. Under acidic conditions, the NO2ˉ could participate in diazotization reaction and produce purplish red compound. The purplish red compound had an absorption peak at 540 nm, and the change of the absorbance value at 540 nm could represent the enzyme activity.
