Creatinine (Cr), C4H7N3O, is a product of muscle metabolism in the human body, mainly through the glomerular filtration out of the body. Creatinine in blood comes from exogenous and endogenous two kinds, exogenous creatinine is the product of meat metabolism in the body; Endogenous creatinine is the product of metabolism of muscle tissue in the body. Creatinine is hydrolyzed to creatine and urea with the catalysis of creatine enzyme, and sarine is oxidized to hydrogen peroxide with the catalysis of sarine oxidase. Peroxidase catalyzes the oxidation of 4-amino-antipyrine conjugated phenols by hydrogen peroxide to produce colored compounds with characteristic absorption peaks at 505nm.
