正常机体具有自身免疫调节功能,产生极弱的自身抗体,帮助清除体内衰老变性的自身成分,但由于某种原因导致免疫系统对自身组织产生过度免疫应答,则会发生过强的一系列免疫反应,致使所侵及的组织免疫活性细胞增多,免疫复合物沉积,而导致功能改变。当这种抗子宫内膜抗体由于反复刺激而大量产生达到一定的含量时,可与自身的子宫内膜组织发生抗原抗体结合反应,并激活免疫系统引起损伤性效应,造成子宫内膜组织细胞生化代谢及生理功能的损害,干扰和妨碍精卵结合,受精卵的着床和胚囊的发育而导致不孕或流产。Product Picture Sample:
