Product Description

2×E-Taq PCR Master Mix is an optimized, ready-to-use, 2× concentration PCR premix solution. It is particularly suitable for PCR applications that demand high fidelity and require the amplification of long fragments, capable of amplifying segments up to 10 kb from complex genomic DNA. The synergistic effect of PCR enhancers and protein stabilizers within the mix significantly boosts PCR efficiency and sensitivity, making it an excellent choice for low-copy template amplification.

The ease of use of this product is one of its key features. Simply add 0.5× volume of the 2×E-Taq PCR Master Mix to your PCR reaction, along with the necessary primers and template, and top up the volume with ddH2O. Additionally, the mix includes E-Taq DNA Polymerase, which results in most of the amplified products having an A-base attached at the 3' end, allowing for direct cloning into T-Vectors.

Furthermore, this product contains a blue electrophoresis indicator dye, eliminating the need for additional staining steps and enabling direct agarose gel electrophoresis detection of the amplified products.

Product Storage and Shelf Life

When stored at -20℃, the product has a shelf life of over two years. If stored between 2~8℃, the shelf life is 6 months. The product's performance is not affected by up to 16 cycles of freeze-thaw.
