Product Description

2×PCR Mix is an optimized, ready-to-use, two-fold concentrated PCR premix solution. It is ideal for conventional PCR applications, capable of amplifying fragments up to 4 kb from genomic DNA or up to 5 kb from λDNA. The product's ease of use is one of its key features, requiring only the addition of 0.5× volume of the 2×PCR Mix to your PCR reaction, along with the necessary primers and template, topping up the volume with ddH2O.

A unique advantage of using 2×PCR Mix is that the amplified products have an A-base attached at the 3' end, allowing for direct cloning into T-Vectors. Furthermore, the mix contains a blue electrophoresis indicator dye, eliminating the need for additional staining steps and enabling direct agarose gel electrophoresis detection of the amplified products. This combination of features makes 2×PCR Mix a convenient and reliable choice for your PCR needs.

 

Transportation and preservation
Transport at low temperature, store at -20℃, and the validity period is more than two years.
