Product Description:
Phospholipase D catalyzes the hydrolysis of phosphatidyl diester bonds at the end of phosphatidyl choline to form phosphatidylic acid and choline, which is then converted into betaine and hydrogen peroxide by choline oxidase. Hydrogen peroxide, in turn, is oxidized by hydrogen peroxide enzyme to form a pink substance that has a characteristic absorption peak at 500nm.
Note: Before the experiment, it is recommended to select 2-3 samples with large expected differences for
pre-experiment. If the absorption value of the sample is not within the measurement range, it is recommended
to dilute or increase the sample size for detection.
