氨基酸的α-氨基可与水合茚三酮反应在570nm有特征吸收峰;通过测定570nm吸光度,来计算氨基酸含量。

The α -amino acid of amino acid can react with hydrated ninhydrin and have characteristic absorption peak at 570nm. The amino acid content was calculated by measuring the absorbance at 570nm.
