GP catalyzes glycogen and inorganic phosphorus to produce glucose residue to generate glycogen and glucose 1-phosphate, and glucose phosphate mutase and glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase further catalyze NADP to reduce NADPH in turn. The increasing rate of NADPH can be measured at 340nm to reflect GP activity. GP (GPa and GPb) activity was measured with a certain concentration of adenosine acid (5, -AMP), and GPa activity was measured without adenosine acid (5, -AMP). GPb activity was obtained by GP-GPA activity.
