Nuclear nuclease A is an endogenic nucleus, which can attack the 3 \u0026#39; end of the pyrimidine residue of RNA. The ultimate product of the reaction is pyrimidine 3 \u0026#39; phosphoric acid and the end with pyrimidine 3 \u0026#39; oligate. When there is no auxiliary factor and binary cation, the role of ribosacoruclease A can be suppressed by the placental RNA enzyme inhibitor (B1ackburn et al.1977) or oxygen -nucleoside complex (Puskas et al.1982). Preparation method:
