Product Detail	蛋白激酶Cγ型是一种由PRKCG编码的酶基因蛋白质激酶C（PKC）是一个丝氨酸和苏氨酸特异性蛋白激酶家族，它可以被钙和第二信使二酰甘油激活。PKC家族成员磷酸化了多种蛋白质靶点，并被认为参与了多种细胞信号通路。PKC也是一类Tumour启动子福波酯的主要受体。该基因编码的蛋白是PKC家族成员之一。该蛋白激酶仅在脑和脊髓中表达，其定位局限于神经元。研究表明，包括长期增强（LTP）和长期抑郁（LTP）在内的几种神经元功能都特别需要这种激酶。小鼠敲除研究也表明，该激酶可能参与神经病理性疼痛的发生。
