Product Detail	IL6是急性期反应的有效诱导剂。在感染和组织损伤过程中，IL6的快速产生有助于宿主的防御，但IL6的过度合成与疾病病理有关。在先天性免疫反应中，是由marrow cells（如巨噬细胞和树突状细胞）在感染或组织损伤（可能）部位通过toll样受体（TLRs）识别病原体后合成的。在适应性免疫反应中，是BCell differentiation为免疫球蛋白分泌细胞所必需的。在CD4+T细胞亚群分化中起主要作用。
