Product Detail	Sarcosin contains 1 BTB (POZ) domain and is required for pseudopod elongation in transformed cells. Sarcosin mRNA is up-regulated by less than two folds in the heart in human patients with HCM. Function: Required for pseudopod elongation in transformed cells. Substrate-specific adapter of an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins.
