Dear sir,
Is this kit evaluate nitric oxide concentration or nitric oxide synthase concentration? It is not clear from the product sheet.
Please note that the nitric oxide is a gas and not protein. Did you have antibodies against a gas nitric oxide?

Nitric oxide (NO) is a gas with a very short half-life, making it impossible to be directly detected by ELISA. In practice, what we detect using ELISA is L-arginine in the sample, and then convert it to the concentration of NO through a certain proportion.
