Here is our policy about the return and refund.

1. The kits  are damaged in transit,  the replacement kit can be provided immediately after we get your feedback. If you dont want the replacement , you can apply refund, time 3~5 working days.

2.If the kits don't work well due to some reasons,   please send us your raw testing data. If it is not caused by operational reasons after we analyze the data , we can send the replacement kits or do refund for you,  time :3~5 working days.

3.If you didn't storage them according the product manual,  all the losses will borne by you.

4. If you use the products beyond the expiration date, all the losses will borne by you.
