Product introduction

The blood cell protein extraction kit is suitable To extract total protein from whole blood cells of various animals. The extraction process is simple and convenient and can be completed within 1 hour.

The unique formula contained in this kit can effectively dissolve cell membrane components, including cytoplasmic membrane, nuclear membrane and various organelle membranes.

The protease inhibitor mixture contained in this kit prevents the degradation of proteins by proteases and ensures the extraction of high-purity proteins.

The protein extracted by this kit can be used for downstream protein research experiments such as Western Blotting, protein electrophoresis, immunoprecipitation, ELISA, transcription activity analysis, Gel shift gel retardation experiment, enzyme activity determination, etc.

The proteins extracted by this kit are active proteins with natural protein conformation.

This kit does not contain EDTA and is compatible with downstream applications such as metal chelation and chromatography.
