Mitochondrial protein extraction reagent The kit provides a complete set of reagents suitable for use in breast cancer from various primary or passaged cells and various solid tissues, such as brain, spinal cord, neural nodes or fibers, fat, liver, digestive tract, kidney, heart, muscle, blood vessels, connective tissue, etc. Mitochondrial proteins were extracted from animal tissues. The extraction process is simple and convenient. The prepared mitochondrial proteins not only have high purity and maintain natural activity, but also have very little cross-contamination.

The unique formula contained in this kit can effectively dissolve mitochondrial membrane components. The protease inhibitor mixture contained in this kit prevents protein degradation by proteases and ensures the extraction of high-purity proteins.

The protein extracted by this kit can be used for downstream protein research experiments such as Western Blotting, protein electrophoresis, immunoprecipitation, ELISA, transcription activity analysis, Gel shift gel retardation experiment, enzyme activity determination, etc.

The protein extracted by this kit is an active protein with a natural protein conformation.

This kit does not contain EDTA and is compatible with downstream applications such as metal chelation and chromatography.
