Chloroplasts are unique to plant cells Energy conversion organelles, photosynthesis is carried out in chloroplasts. Due to this important function, chloroplasts have always been an important research object in cell biology, genetics and molecular biology.

The chloroplast extraction kit can quickly extract chloroplasts using a simple and fast method. This kit is suitable for extracting chloroplasts from fresh plant samples. When used to extract frozen samples, most of the chloroplasts will be destroyed during the freezing process, so the chloroplast recovery rate is low.

The chloroplasts extracted by the chloroplast extraction kit are biologically active and can be used for various downstream applications such as chloroplast function research and chloroplast protein extraction.
