1) DYKDDDDK标签8肽与不同的Sepharose纯化填料结合(捆绑),可不受构象的影响,在天然或变性的条件下可进行进一步纯化。
2) 可在温和的洗脱液环境中,其结合、洗涤及洗脱步骤不会对蛋白结构产生影响。
3) DYKDDDDK标签比普通(Tag)要小得多,经纯化后的蛋白可直接进行下游操作。可用于任何表达系统(包括: 细菌,杆状病毒和哺乳动物)
4) DYKDDDDK8肽标签在生理溶液pH下不带电荷,其标签不会干涉重组蛋白的结构和功能,不会影响蛋白分泌
