Storage	Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
Product Detail	background: CRHBP is a potent stimulator of synthesis and secretion of preopiomelanocortin derived peptides. Although CRH concentrations in the human peripheral circulation are normally low, they increase throughout pregnancy and fall rapidly after parturition. Maternal plasma CRH probably originates from the placenta. Human plasma contains a CRH binding protein which inactivates CRH and which may prevent inappropriate pituitary adrenal stimulation in pregnancy. Function: Binds CRF and inactivates it. May prevent inappropriate pituitary-adrenal stimulation in pregnancy. Subcellular Location: Secreted. Similarity: Belongs to the CRF-binding protein family.
