Mycoplasma anseris, also known as Mycoplasma anserris, was first discovered in geese and officially named in 1988. It belongs to the class Mollicutes. family, is a Gram-negative bacterium. Mycoplasma angere can cause airsacculitis, peritonitis and embryonic death and may be associated with inflammation of the cloaca and penis, the most common symptom of which is reduced hatching success, resulting in economic losses. Mycoplasma anthracis can be transmitted vertically through eggs.


Mycoplasma anthracis can be detected by culture method, which requires sterol and cannot utilize urea. The appearance is typical of an omelette, which is difficult to distinguish from other mycoplasmas and requires biochemical identification. Serological methods are time-consuming and require purified in vitro culture colonies, and antiserum is not easy to obtain. Using the PCR method has the advantages of high sensitivity and short detection time, and results can be obtained in just a few hours.


The Mycoplasma geese PCR detection kit selects the DNA helicase gene for PCR identification. The primers were verified by BLAST to specifically target Mycoplasma anthracis and have no cross-reactivity with the genomes of other organisms. This kit was used to detect 14 Mycoplasma geese strains and 15 other avian Mycoplasma species, and only 14 Mycoplasma geese strains produced specific bands; 28 waterfowl samples were tested, and 13 positive results were obtained, which was consistent with the sequencing results. . It can be seen that this kit is species-specific and can be used for the identification and detection of Mycoplasma anthracis.

鹅支原体(Mycoplasma anseris)又称鹅霉形体,最早发现于鹅,于1988年正式命名,属于柔膜菌纲(Mollicutes)支原体科(Mycoplasmataceae),是一种革兰氏阴性菌。鹅支原体可引起气囊炎、腹膜炎和胚胎死亡,并且可能与泄殖腔和阴茎炎症有关,其中最常见的症状是孵卵成功率下降,从而导致经济损失。鹅支原体可通过卵进行垂直传播。

鹅支原体可通过培养法进行检测,需甾醇,不能利用尿素,外观为典型的煎蛋状,与其他支原体不易区分,需进行生化鉴定。血清学方法则耗时较长,需要纯化的体外培养菌落,抗血清也不易获得。使用PCR法则具有高灵敏度的优点,且检测时间短,仅需几个小时即可获得结果。

鹅支原体PCR检测试剂盒选取DNA解旋酶基因进行PCR鉴定,引物经BLAST验证为特异性靶向鹅支原体,与其他生物的基因组无交叉反应。使用本试剂盒检测了14个鹅支原体菌株以及15种其他鸟类支原体,仅有14个鹅支原体菌株产生特异性条带;对28个水禽类样本进行检测,获得13个阳性,同测序结果一致。可见本试剂盒具有物种特异性,可用于鹅支原体的鉴定和检测。
