Mycoplasma anserisalpingitidis, formerly known as Mycoplasma sp. 1220, belongs to the class Mollicutes ) Mycoplasma is a Gram-negative bacterium. Mycoplasma anosalpingitis was originally isolated from the penile lymph nodes of male geese and is associated with reproductive system diseases in waterfowl. After infection, it can cause inflammation of the cloaca and penis, testicular atrophy, salpingitis, vaginitis, and embryonic death, and sometimes also cause Alveolitis and peritonitis; affected birds may also show some common symptoms, such as thirst, anorexia, weight loss, weakness, runny nose, difficulty breathing, conjunctivitis, diarrhea and some neurological symptoms. This can lead to economic losses due to reduced egg hatching success rates. Mycoplasma anosalpingitis can be transmitted vertically through eggs.


Mycoplasma anosalpingitis can be detected through culture method, and its appearance is typical fried Egg-shaped, it is difficult to distinguish from other mycoplasmas and requires biochemical identification. Serological methods are time-consuming and require purified in vitro culture colonies, and antiserum is not easy to obtain. Using the PCR method has the advantages of high sensitivity and short detection time, and results can be obtained in just a few hours.


The Mycoplasma anseriosalpingitis PCR detection kit selects the RNA polymerase gene for PCR identification , the primers were verified by BLAST to specifically target Mycoplasma ancillitis and have no cross-reactivity with the genomes of other organisms. This kit was used to detect 19 Mycoplasma ani salpingitidis strains and 15 other avian mycoplasma species. Only 19 Mycoplasma ani salpingitis strains produced specific bands. 28 waterfowl samples were tested and 18 positive results were obtained. Consistent with the sequencing results. It can be seen that this kit is species-specific and can be used for the identification and detection of Mycoplasma ancillitis.

鹅输卵管炎支原体(Mycoplasma anserisalpingitidis),旧称Mycoplasma sp. 1220,属于柔膜菌纲(Mollicutes)支原体科(Mycoplasmataceae),是一种革兰氏阴性菌。鹅输卵管炎支原体最初是从雄鹅的阴茎淋巴结中分离出来,与水禽的生殖系统疾病有关,感染后可引发泄殖腔和阴茎炎症、睾丸萎缩、输卵管炎、阴道炎,以及胚胎死亡,有时也会引起肺泡炎和腹膜炎;患禽还可能出现一些常见症状,如:口渴、厌食、体重下降、虚弱、流鼻涕、呼吸困难、结膜炎、腹泻和一些神经症状。由于引起卵孵化成功率降低,因而会导致经济损失。鹅输卵管炎支原体可通过卵进行垂直传播。

鹅输卵管炎支原体可通过培养法进行检测,外观为典型的煎蛋状,与其他支原体不易区分,需进行生化鉴定。血清学方法则耗时较长,需要纯化的体外培养菌落,抗血清也不易获得。使用PCR法则具有高灵敏度的优点,且检测时间短,仅需几个小时即可获得结果。

鹅输卵管炎支原体PCR检测试剂盒选取RNA聚合酶基因进行PCR鉴定,引物经BLAST验证为特异性靶向鹅输卵管炎支原体,与其他生物的基因组无交叉反应。使用本试剂盒检测了19个鹅输卵管炎支原体菌株以及15种其他鸟类支原体,仅有19个鹅输卵管炎支原体菌株产生特异性条带;对28个水禽类样本进行检测,获得18个阳性,同测序结果一致。可见本试剂盒具有物种特异性,可用于鹅输卵管炎支原体的鉴定和检测。
