Sliding Mycoplasma Synoviae, also known as Mycoplasma synoviae, is a polymorphous spherical body, slightly smaller than Mycoplasma gallisepticum, and is leathery Lamb's stain is negative, and there is only one serotype. Different strains have different pathogenicity, and the symptoms they cause also vary depending on the tropism of the pathogen. Mycoplasma synoviae mainly infects chickens, turkeys and guinea fowl, and mainly young chicks. Ducks, geese, pigeons, Japanese quail, and red-legged partridges can also be infected. Infection can cause acute or chronic systemic diseases, and lead to infectious exudative synovitis, tenosynovitis, and bursitis in the synovial bursae and tendon sheaths of joints, often with subclinical upper respiratory tract symptoms. , if combined with Newcastle disease or bacterial infection, can lead to airsacculitis.


Serological methods are widely used for the detection of Mycoplasma synoviae. Its disadvantages are It cannot detect subclinical diseased birds and is not suitable for seroconversion monitoring. In vitro culture of M. synoviae takes longer and is often difficult to identify. The PCR method has the characteristics of short detection time and high sensitivity, and has become the most commonly used method for detecting avian mycoplasma.


The Mycoplasma synoviae PCR detection kit selects a hemagglutinin-related gene PCR identification was performed, and the primers were verified by BLAST to specifically target Mycoplasma synoviae and did not cross-react with the genomes of other organisms. This kit was used to detect 30 Mycoplasma synoviae strains and 22 other avian Mycoplasma species. Only Mycoplasma synoviae produced amplified bands, and all Mycoplasma synoviae strains produced amplified bands. 11 Mycoplasma synoviae-positive swab samples were tested, and all Mycoplasma synoviae amplification bands were visible, and no non-specific bands were found. It can be seen that this kit is species-specific and can be used for the identification and detection of Mycoplasma synoviae.

滑液支原体(Mycoplasma Synoviae),也称为滑液囊支原体,是呈多形态的球形体(直径约0.2~0.4微米),比鸡毒支原体稍小,革兰氏染色阴性,只有一个血清型,不同菌株的致病力有差异,引起的症状也因病原的趋向性而不同。滑液支原体主要感染鸡、火鸡以及珍珠鸡,且以幼雏为主,鸭、鹅、鸽、日本鹌鹑、红腿鹧鸪也可感染。感染后可引起急性或慢性的全身性疾病,并导致关节的滑液囊膜及腱鞘等发生传染性渗出性滑膜炎、腱鞘滑膜炎及黏液囊炎,常出现亚临床性上呼吸道症状,如与新城疫或细菌感染相结合,可导致气囊炎。

血清学方法广泛用于对滑液支原体的检测,其缺点是不能检测亚临床病禽,也不适用于血清转化监测。体外培养滑液支原体则花费时间较长,且常常难以确定。而PCR法具有检测时间短、灵敏度高的特点,成为目前使用较多的鸟类支原体检测方法。

滑液支原体PCR检测试剂盒选取了一个血凝素相关的基因进行PCR鉴定,引物经BLAST验证为特异性靶向滑液支原体,与其他生物的基因组不产生交叉反应。使用本试剂盒检测30个滑液支原体菌株和22个其他鸟类支原体,仅有滑液支原体产生扩增条带,且所有滑液支原体菌株均产生扩增条带。对11个滑液支原体阳性的拭子样品进行检测,均可见滑液支原体扩增条带,且未见非特异条带。可见本试剂盒具有物种特异性,可用于滑液支原体的鉴定和检测。
