Mycoplasma porcine synovial fluid is widely distributed in pigs around the world and is easily transmitted in infected pigs. It is excreted through respiration, saliva and feces and spreads rapidly in the form of droplets, sometimes without causing clinical symptoms. Sometimes serious illness can result. Mycoplasma suis synoviae is a commensal of the tonsils and upper respiratory tract of many pigs, and these pigs may become lifelong carriers. Mycoplasma suis synovialis can circulate in the blood and has an affinity for joint tissue, infecting joints and tendon sheaths, causing non-suppurative arthritis, resulting in obvious lameness and pain. It is easy to cause disease in growing pigs aged 8-30 weeks, but it is very rare in older sows because the immune resistance produced by the pig body has already formed. This immune resistance can be passed on to offspring through colostrum and is passed on in older sows. Gradually disappears within weeks.

 

Both in vitro culture methods and PCR methods can be used to detect Mycoplasma in porcine synovial fluid. Compared with culture methods and serological detection methods, the PCR method has the advantages of fast speed, strong specificity, and high sensitivity. Ordinary PCR experiments The operation is more cumbersome and can only perform qualitative analysis of target DNA. In contrast, real-time quantitative PCR can not only perform quantitative analysis of target DNA, but also has simpler experimental steps, higher sensitivity, and is less affected by environmental pollution.

 


This kit selects the 16S rRNA gene as the target and specifically identifies porcine synovial fluid Mycoplasma, verified by BLAST, has no cross-reactivity with other biological genomes. This kit detects a total of 70 strains of four common porcine parasitic mycoplasmas, as well as other 7 mycoplasma and 11 bacterial species with similar distribution ranges. Only porcine synovial fluid All 12 strains of Mycoplasma produced specific signals, and the rest did not produce specific signals.

本试剂盒选取16S rRNA基因作为靶点,特异性识别猪滑液支原体,经BLAST验证,与其他生物基因组没有交叉反应。本试剂盒检测了四种常见的猪寄生性支原体共70个菌株,以及分布范围相似的其他7种支原体和11种细菌,只有猪滑液支原体的全部12个菌株产生特异性信号,其余均未产生特异性信号。
