Membrane Protein Extraction Kit is a kit that can rapidly, efficiently, and with high yield extract membrane proteins. This kit provides a full set of reagents and is suitable for extracting total membrane proteins from animal cells and animal tissues. The extraction process is simple and convenient, and it can be completed within 1 hour. The extracted membrane proteins not only have high purity and maintain their natural activity but also have extremely low cross-contamination. This kit contains a unique formula that can effectively dissolve components of the cell membrane, including the plasma membrane, nuclear membrane, and the membranes of various organelles. The protease inhibitor mixture contained in this kit prevents the degradation of proteins by proteases, ensuring the extraction of high-purity proteins. The proteins extracted by this kit can be used in downstream protein research experiments such as Western Blotting, protein electrophoresis, immunoprecipitation, ELISA, transcriptional activity analysis, Gel shift assay, and enzyme activity determination. Moreover, the proteins extracted by this kit are active proteins with the natural protein conformation. This kit does not contain EDTA and is compatible with downstream applications such as metal chelation chromatography.
