The protease inhibitor mixture (100 × PIC) is mainly composed of Leupetin, Pepstatina, Aprotinin, E-64, etc., without EDTA.
This mixture can inhibit most protease activity, including linginerinase, cysterone protease, gastric protease, ispinase, papaya protease, etc.
The hybrid fluid of the protease inhibitor is 100 × concentrated DMSO solution, which is suitable for extracting protein from mammalian tissue and cells, which can more effectively obtain destination proteins.
The extracted protein can be used for experiments such as Western blot and immunization.
Operation steps (for reference only):
