Protease inhibitor refers to a substance that combines with some groups on the protease molecular activity center to reduce the vitality of protease or even disappear but does not cause enzyme protein degeneration. There are many types of protease inhibitors, including EDTA, E-64, Navo3, Bestatin, Leupetin, PEPSTATINA, Aprotinin, etc. can effectively inhibit the degradation of protein and maintain the interaction between the original protein.
The protease inhibitor mixture (100 × PIC) is mainly composed of Leupetin, Pepstatina, Aprotinin, E-64, etc., without EDTA.
This mixture can inhibit most protease activity, including linginerinase, cysterone protease, gastric protease, ispinase, papaya protease, etc.
The hybrid fluid of the protease inhibitor is 100 × concentrated DMSO solution, which is suitable for extracting protein from mammalian tissue and cells, which can more effectively obtain destination proteins.
The extracted protein can be used for experiments such as Western blot and immunization.
Operation steps (for reference only):
1. Please centrifuge at low speeds before opening the lid so that the liquid that is adhered to the wall of the tube wall can be thrown to the bottom of the pipe.
2. When used, add protease inhibitors (100 × PIC) according to the amount of lift solution to make its final concentration reaches 1 ×.
Note:
1. The hybrid fluid of protease inhibitors is slightly irritating, and it should be used carefully. At the same time, it should be avoided.
2. For your safety and health, please wear experimental uniforms and operate disposable gloves.
