Product Detail	基质细胞衍生因子1（SDF1），也称为C-X-C基序Chemokine12（CXCL12），是一种Chemokine蛋白，在人类中由染色体10上的CXCL12基因编码。它在许多组织和细胞类型中广泛表达。基质细胞衍生因子1-α和1-β是属于Chemokine家族的小cell factor，其成员激活白细胞并且通常由促炎刺激物如脂多糖、TNF或IL1诱导。Chemokine的特点是存在4个保守的半胱氨酸，形成2个二硫键。可分为2个亚科。在CC亚家族中，半胱氨酸残基彼此相邻。在CXC亚家族中，它们由一个中间氨基酸分离。SDF1蛋白属于后一类。CXCL12信号已经在一些癌症中被观察到。CXCL12基因还包含27个与冠心病风险增加相关的SNP中的一个。
