Lysosomes are A bubble-like structure surrounded by a unit membrane and containing a variety of acid hydrolases. Lysosomes contain more than 40 hydrolases, including proteases, nucleic acid degrading enzymes, and glycosidases. Its main function is the digestion of intracellular substances. In addition, lysosomes are closely related to organ formation, regulation of hormone secretion, and the occurrence of certain diseases.

The Lysosomal Protein Extraction Kit provides a complete set of reagents that can be used to extract lysosomal proteins from various animal cells and solid soft and hard tissue samples. Suitable for extracting lytic enzymes from various primary or passaged cells and various solid tissues, such as brain, spinal cord, nerve knots or fibers, fat, liver, digestive tract, kidney, heart, muscle, blood vessels, connective tissue and other animal tissues total body protein.

This kit contains a unique formula that can effectively dissolve membrane components. The protease inhibitor mixture contained in this kit prevents protein degradation by proteases and ensures the extraction of high-purity proteins.

The protein extracted by this kit can be used for downstream protein research experiments such as Western Blotting, protein electrophoresis, immunoprecipitation, ELISA, transcription activity analysis, Gel shift gel retardation experiment, enzyme activity determination, etc.

The protein extracted by this kit is an active protein with a natural protein conformation.
