The extraction process is simple and convenient and can be completed within 1 hour. The prepared nuclear membrane proteins and intranuclear proteins not only have high purity and maintain natural activity, but also have very little cross-contamination. This kit contains a unique formula that can effectively dissolve nuclear membrane components. The protease inhibitor mixture contained in this kit prevents protein degradation by proteases and ensures the extraction of high-purity proteins. The protein extracted by this kit can be used for Western Blotting, transcription activity analysis, Gelshift gel retardation experiment, co-immunoprecipitation, enzyme activity determination and other protein research.
