Filamentous Fungi Plasma Membrane Protein Extraction Kit is a fast, efficient and high-yield plasma membrane protein extraction kit. The Filamentous Fungi Plasma Membrane Protein Extraction Kit can extract total plasma membrane proteins from various small filamentous fungi (molds) except large fungi (mushrooms). The optimized lysate formula can fully release the plasma membrane proteins extracted from various septate and non-septate hyphae proteins as well as various mycelial metamorphosis proteins, and can be used for the preparation of crude purified proteins and the preparation of plasma membrane proteins. The extraction process is simple and convenient. This kit contains a unique formula that can effectively dissolve cell plasma membrane components. The protease inhibitor mixture contained in this kit prevents protein degradation by proteases and ensures the extraction of high-purity proteins. The protein extracted by this kit can be used for downstream protein research experiments such as Western Blotting, protein electrophoresis, immunoprecipitation, ELISA, transcription activity analysis, Gelshift gel retardation experiment, enzyme activity determination, etc. The proteins extracted by this kit are active proteins with natural protein conformation.
