2×Probe qPCR Mix is a pre-mixed solution specifically designed for probe-based real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR, formulated at a double concentration. This product incorporates a hot-start DNA polymerase with anti-Taq antibodies, combined with an optimal buffer for Real-Time PCR, significantly enhancing the amplification efficiency of PCR and enabling highly sensitive Real-Time PCR amplification reactions. The product comes with a separately provided ROX dye, making it suitable for use with market-leading fluorescent quantitative PCR instruments such as Applied Biosystems, Bio-Rad, Eppendorf, Roche, and more. Ideal for rapid Real-Time PCR amplification reactions, this product produces excellent standard curves across a wide quantitative range, allowing for accurate quantification and detection of target genes with good reproducibility and high reliability.

 

Transportation and Storage
Shipped under low-temperature conditions and stored at -20℃, with a shelf life of over two years.
